Abstract submission guidelines

Abstract needs to be submitted under one of the following themes:

Single cell Applications:
  • Transcriptomics (NGS, microarrays, qPCR)
  • Proteomics
  • Epigenomics
  • Imagining
New approaches, instruments for single cell analysis:
  • Collection of single cells and preservation
  • Quality control
  • Single cell profiling and subcellular analysis
  • Data analysis
Single cell diagnostics:
  • Sample cellular heterogeneity
  • Non-coding RNA analysis
  • Circulating tumor cells
  • Cell-free DNA analysis

Method of Submission

Abstract can be submitted only via Online Abstract submission Form

Speaker Presentation Check-in Opening Times are:

Thursday 20th September09:00 – 16:30
Friday 21th September09:00 – 16:30

Prior to the start of your talk, we would be grateful if you could check your uploaded presentation and meet with the Session Chair. An AV professional will be available in the room to assist with any IT or other issues arising.

Please note that all presenters (poster and oral) will be required to pay the full registration fee. Posters will be on display throughout the meeting. A limited number of bursaries will be offered to presenting authors of oral and poster papers.

If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee by March 31, 2018, the presentation will be withdrawn from the program.

Poster Presenters

Please, prepare your posters in A0 portrait size.

Oral Presenters

The optimal format for presentations in PowerPoint is 4:3. We ask that you upload your presentation onto the laptop in the conference room using a USB memory device at least 2 hours prior to your session start time.  We would recommend you check in your presentation during a refreshment break or as soon as speaker preview opens (if you are in the first session of the day).

Publication of Abstracts

The authors of submitted abstracts agree with publication of their abstracts (without further reviewing) in the Abstract Book (electronical version) to be distributed to all participants at the conference.
